Whiteline Window Washing was founded by Austin Morris and Landon Wolfe, two Miami University students from the Dayton area, with a simple goal: to raise the standard for what homeowners should expect from a service company. We saw too many people dealing with rushed work, poor communication, and inconsistent results, and knew there was a better way to do it.

Austin, from Oakwood, focuses on customer experience and quality control, making sure every job is handled with precision and care. Landon, from Springboro, leads operations and logistics, ensuring every project runs smoothly and every customer has a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

As we've grown, we've built a team of driven, professionally trained college students — all local to the Dayton area — who take real pride in their work. This isn't just a summer job to us. Every member of our team is held to a high standard, and we approach every home with the same level of care and attention to detail we would expect ourselves.
